Results Systems Inc. was established in 1997 as the business development arm of a well-known Ottawa accounting firm.
Earlier that year, Nick Newton had attended a four day "Accountants' Boot camp" in Whistler, B.C. It was here that he was introduced to powerful new business-building techniques developed by Results Accountants Network (RAN.ONE) specifically for the small entrepreneur. Accounting firms in the U.S., the U.K. and Australia were having enormous success with the RAN approach, and Nick was thoroughly convinced of its applicability to his own small business clients.
He acted quickly, incorporating Results Systems Inc. in September, 1997. The new company is focused purely on small business development and is one of the first firms in Canada to offer the full range of RAN.ONE products. Visit www.ranone.com.

At the end of 2008, tough times arrived. Much of the work with clients of Results Systems Inc. is now concentrated on making the best of a bad situation. New products/services are identified to take advantage of the recession and positive approaches are identified and implemented. This results in growth and stability for Results' clients.
