| A BRIEF HISTORY | | | | Results Systems Inc. was established in 1997 as the business development arm of a well-known Ottawa accounting firm.Earlier that year, Nick Newton had attended a four day "Accountants' Boot camp" in Whistler, B.C. It was here that he was introduced to powerful new business-building techniques developed by Results Accountants Network (RAN.ONE) specifically for the small entrepreneur. Accounting firms in the U.S., the U.K. and Australia were having enormous success with the RAN approach, and Nick was thoroughly convinced of its applicability to his own small business clients.He acted quickly, incorporating Results Systems Inc. in September, 1997.
