Swiss Air and Rail Europe donated two tickets for travel in Europe to a local charity. Nick bid and won the two tickets!

Unfortunately, Nick couldn't complete his trip in the one year time frame that the tickets were valid for. Swiss Air and Rail Europe had already fulfilled their commitment to honour the donated tickets and had nothing to gain by extending the courtesy. Fortunately, the people at Swiss Air and Rail Europe have been trained in excellent customer service. Nick spoke with two different people at each of the two travel companies and had the deadline extended for one more year!

Not only did they not build walls or quote reasons, they were delighted to help.
