We look for clients whose businesses have solid potential. We will NOT encourage any client unless the measured potential is well in excess of any investment involved. Our 'Ideal Client Profile' lists 8 key characteristics, i.e.

  • Owner-managed small business
  • No formal business plan
  • In a state of flux, i.e., growth, change, trouble
  • Good market potential for products/services
  • Capable team members
  • Management intelligence, positive attitude, open to new ideas
  • Understanding that expertise in the business and expertise at doing business are two different things
  • Ability to change, and ability to implement change
